Healthy Eating

I have been on spring break this week and I do believe that the weather that I am experiencing in Utah is not normal weather for the lovely month of April. Yesterday we had snow on the ground that lasted for at least half of the day. The backyard might have had it all day if our wonderful dog had not played out there. I am starting to wonder where all the beautiful April weather we normally get has gone.

I visited with my aunt last week and found out something really awesome that I think lots of people will enjoy. She is really into healthy eating.
